Aidan Jones – Managing Director
Aidan has been running A&M along side Mat Newman since 2003 until Mat's resignment in 2007. He has studied Btec in Technical Theatre and came out with two Distinctions (2x A*) in Lighting Operation, Sound Operation & Stage Crewing. He is currently Studying Electrical Installation Level 2. Aidan has volunteered at 'The Masque Theatre' for the past 4 years and still helps out there occasionally. Aidan has done 100's of events and performances with A&M. He plays drums, bass & guitar and has also been in productions as an actor so this enables Aidan to have a full perspective of a performers point of view.
James Fisher - Production Manager
James Started working with us in February 2008 and showed great progress from the start. On his first day went straight to work with out even much of a briefing. He is now able to do jobs to a great satisfaction with no instructions necessary. James is now A&M's Production Manager. He has gained A&M many bookings since this time & we are proud to have him as part of the crew. James is a musician and plays the electric guitar. He is currently studying Music at Northampton College.
Neil Madison – Head Security
Neil also has taken SIA Level 2 Door Supervisors Course and passed. He is an excellent security guard and is head of our security team. Neil has also done countless events with us and never seems to fail. Neil also has his own company, dealing with household repairs and maintenance.
Jamie Ambler - Security
A&M has known Jamie for years, only recently has he joined the team when we launched our Security service in 2007. A&M have been hired by Jamie since 2004 at ‘Keystone Escape’. Jamie is also a bagged security guard/doorman, after completing his SIA Level 2 Door Supervisors course at Tresham. Jamie has two of his own businesses ‘Bluemoon Studies & Paydirt Productions’, dealing in Film & Promotion.
Adam Tartaglia – Stage Team/Production Crew
Adam is one of A&M’s many close friends. He has also studied Btec in Technical Theatre and received two Distinctions (2xA*) in Lighting Operation, Sound Operation & Stage Crewing. He is now in sixth form and working part-time at the ‘Derngate Theatre’. Adam has done many events as part of the stage team and the technical team. He is still also volunteering at ‘The Masque Theatre’. Taking part in many events and performances, on the team or as a performer, Adam knows every method of getting the job done to a perfect standard.
